Essentially, Jeri's strategies in both marketing and selling have been formed by who she is. Commitment to her basic values probably says it best. She's a hard worker, someone who cares for her clients, and behaves honorably with everyone associated in a deal. The attractive and very helpful materials certainly promote sales. However, perhaps more important, Jeri's business and personal reputation as someone a seller or buyer would want to meet, bring success.
Jeri knows that a client's calm and comfortable experience makes a big difference. She handles the daily detail challenges fairly quietly, informing the client as needed, and, to the extent possible, makes it a friendly and exciting project. If a client has a bout of anxiety, Jeri manages. Jeri ran my sale when I didn't really want to sell, the challenge was nearly overwhelming to me, and it all took place during the early months of the pandemic!
